What this site collects, where it goes, how Lisa Bognuda uses it to help you buy or sell a home, and how to opt out or have your information deleted.
What this site collects

This website is run by Lisa Bognuda, REALTOR®, DRE #02019640, with eXp Realty of California, Inc., DRE #01878277. This page explains what information the site collects, where it goes, and what you can do about it.
You can read this site without giving me anything. Information is only collected when you choose to fill out a form, such as a contact form, a home value request, or a guide download. Those forms ask for:
- Your first and last name
- Your email address
- Your phone number, if you choose to give it
- A message, if you choose to write one
- Any questions that particular form asks, such as the address of a home you're thinking of selling or the towns you'd like to buy in
If you give a phone number and tick the box agreeing to text messages, the site also records that you agreed, the exact wording you agreed to, and the date and time.
Like almost every website, the servers that run this site keep standard technical logs, such as the time of a visit and the type of browser used. This site does not currently use advertising pixels or analytics tracking. If that changes, this page will be updated first.
Who receives it
When you send a form, your information goes to me, through the service providers that run this site on my behalf:
- GoHighLevel, the customer relationship system where I keep contacts and manage follow-up.
- Vercel, the company that hosts this website.
- Resend, the email service that sends me your message if my customer system can't save it, or when you contact me again.
These companies process your information only to provide their service to me. Because I'm a licensed agent with eXp Realty of California, Inc., information about a real estate transaction may also be kept in my brokerage's records, as California law and my brokerage require.
I never sell your information. I don't give or rent your contact information to lenders, other agents, or marketing companies. If you ask me to introduce you to a lender, inspector, or other professional, I'll only share what's needed, and only with your OK.
The home search on the Listings page is provided by kvCORE, the search system my brokerage gives me. It runs inside this page but is kvCORE's service, so anything you enter or save in that search, such as a sign-up or saved search, goes to kvCORE and is covered by kvCORE's own privacy policy.
This site may link to other websites, such as YouTube or a map. Once you leave this site, that site's own privacy policy applies.
How it is used
I use your information to:
- Answer your question or request
- Help you buy or sell a home, including sending you homes that match what you're looking for
- Send you market updates, home values, and other real estate information I think will be useful to you
Many people who reach out aren't ready to move yet. Maybe it's next month, maybe it's a year from now. So I keep your information and keep sending you homes and updates that fit what you told me, until you tell me to stop. You can opt out at any time, and the next section explains how.
Calls and text messages
I only send text messages to a phone number when you've agreed to receive them. The box on each form is never ticked for you. Message and data rates may apply, and how often you hear from me varies.
To stop text messages, reply STOP to any text. Reply HELP for help. Your agreement to receive texts is never shared with or transferred to anyone else.
If you'd rather not get phone calls, tell me by phone, text, or email, and I'll note it in your record.
Your choices
- Stop emails: click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email I send.
- Stop texts: reply STOP.
- See, correct, or delete your information: contact me using the details below and tell me what you'd like. I'll confirm it's you before making changes, and I'll respond as quickly as I can.
Some records of a real estate transaction have to be kept by law and by my brokerage even after you ask me to delete your information. If that applies, I'll tell you.
This site is meant for adults looking to buy or sell real estate. It isn't directed at children, and I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
