I'm Lisa Bognuda, a REALTOR® with eXp Realty of California and a licensed general contractor. I was born and raised in Orcutt, and I help buyers and sellers in Santa Maria, Orcutt, Lompoc, Nipomo, and the towns around them, at every price, from manufactured homes to million-dollar houses.
Before real estate I was an aerospace analyst, then ran two floral shops for 18 years, then bought, built, and flipped homes of my own. I've been licensed in real estate since May 2, 2017, and before I talk price on any house, I like to walk it the way a contractor does.
