Buying or selling in Mission Hills

I'm Lisa Bognuda, a REALTOR® with eXp Realty of California and a licensed general contractor. A hillside lot and an established home can hide things a listing photo never shows: drainage, settling, an older roof. I like to walk the house and the lot the way a contractor does, so the price reflects what's actually there.

Before I talk price, I tell you what to fix, what to skip, and what it's worth. Then your EPIC Report gives you three prices with the tradeoff of each spelled out. For buyers, I like to walk every house you're serious about the same way.
